TiviBridge – IPTV Subscription for Germany, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands and Belgium

IPTV Poland With TiviBridge: Polish Television Over Your Broadband

TVP, Polsat, TVN and the sport Poland stays up late for, on one euro-priced login with 25,000+ live channels and a 24-hour free trial.

IPTV in Poland means receiving Polish television through your internet connection instead of a satellite dish, a DVB-T2 aerial or an operator decoder. TiviBridge carries a Polish channel pack built around TVP, Polsat and TVN, alongside sport, news and 120,000+ films and series. A month costs €12 on one screen and a full year costs €59. You can test the whole line for 24 hours without entering a card.

This page describes IPTV Polska as it works in a real living room. It covers the kinds of channels in the Polish pack, how the abonament RTV fits in, the broadband that keeps a picture steady, the sport calendar and where Polish copyright law draws its lines. If you are Polish and live elsewhere in Europe, our guide to watching Polish TV abroad is written for your situation instead.

What the Polish Channel Pack Contains

The Polish pack on TiviBridge is built around the three groups most households switch between every evening: public TVP, the Polsat family and the TVN family. Premium sport channels and the Polish versions of international film, documentary and children's channels sit around that core. The exact line-up is published on the channel list and can change, so confirm your favourites during the trial.

  • Public television. TVP1, TVP2, TVP Info and TVP Sport, with regional TVP3 windows where the feed includes them.
  • Polsat group. Polsat, Polsat News and Polsat Sport, the group behind much of Poland's entertainment and volleyball coverage.
  • TVN group. TVN, the rolling news channel TVN24 and the motoring channel TVN Turbo.
  • Premium sport. Channels of the kind Canal+ Sport and Eleven Sports run, which carry much of the league football and motorsport.
  • On demand. Polish films, series and dubbed or subtitled international titles inside the 120,000+-title library.

The full TiviBridge channel list groups every pack by country. Treat the names above as the kind of channels in the Polish pack, not as a promise of specific broadcast rights.

Public, Private and Premium: How Polish Television Is Organised

Polish television runs in three layers. TVP is the public broadcaster, funded partly by the abonament RTV licence fee. Polsat and TVN are private networks paid for by advertising. Canal+ and Eleven Sports sit on top as paid premium services. An IPTV line brings all three layers into one guide, but it does not change who funds what.

The abonament RTV is collected by Poczta Polska and attaches to the radio and television receivers a household registers. Whether you owe it depends on the equipment you own and the rules that apply to you. How you choose to watch does not alter that. A TiviBridge subscription neither replaces the licence fee nor counts towards it, and we will not suggest otherwise.

The practical point for viewers is simpler. Most people in Poland already pay for a Polsat Box, Canal+ or cable package mainly to reach sport and a few premium channels. IPTV asks a different question: can one euro-priced login, used on the television and phone you already own, cover the same evening viewing for less money and without a two-year contract?

Polish Sport on IPTV: Ekstraklasa, Ski Jumping, Volleyball and Speedway

Polish sport follows a calendar of its own. Ekstraklasa football runs from summer to late spring, ski jumping fills winter weekends, volleyball peaks in spring, and speedway takes over from April to October. The table shows which kinds of channels usually carry each one. Rights move between broadcasters, so always check a live event during your trial.

SportMain seasonChannels that typically carry itWhat to test in the trial
Ekstraklasa footballJuly to MayCanal+ Sport, with selected matches on TVP SportA Friday or Sunday evening match in FHD
Ski jumping World CupNovember to MarchFree-to-air and Eurosport-type channels; the holder has changed over the yearsA weekend competition from Zakopane or Wisła if the calendar allows
Volleyball (PlusLiga, national team)October to May, plus summer internationalsPolsat Sport channelsA league match and the replay in catch-up
Speedway (PGE Ekstraliga)April to OctoberPremium sport channels such as Canal+ Sport or Eleven SportsA Sunday meeting with several heats in a row
European club footballAugust to MayPolish premium sport channels and international sport packsA midweek evening fixture at peak hour

The TiviBridge sport page explains how the sport channels are grouped across all five home markets. We never promise a particular match. What we do promise is 24 hours to find out for yourself.

Broadband in Poland: How Fast Is Fast Enough

Most Polish broadband is comfortably fast enough for IPTV. Around 10 Mbps per screen handles HD, 15 to 20 Mbps suits Full HD, and 25 Mbps or more is sensible for 4K. What matters more than headline speed is a stable connection in the evening, when the whole building is online.

Orange, Play, Plus and T-Mobile are the names most Polish homes deal with. Play absorbed UPC's cable network, so many former UPC customers now sit on the same infrastructure under a new brand. Fibre is widespread in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław and Gdańsk, while smaller towns often rely on cable or fixed 4G and 5G routers.

  • Fibre or cable. Ideal. Run an Ethernet cable to the television or streaming box if you can.
  • Fixed 4G or 5G at home. Workable for HD and often Full HD. Place the router near a window and away from the television cabinet.
  • Older DSL lines. Stick to HD on one screen and avoid large downloads during a live match.

If a stream stutters, the cause is usually Wi-Fi inside the flat rather than the line itself. Our guide to fixing IPTV buffering walks through the checks in order, and the 4K IPTV page covers what Ultra HD needs.

Devices That Work in Polish Homes

Almost any modern smart TV or streaming stick can run TiviBridge. The one device that cannot is the operator decoder. Polsat Box and Canal+ set-top boxes are closed systems that only run their own software, so they will not accept a third-party IPTV app. Leave the decoder where it is and use a different HDMI input.

These are the setups we see most often in Poland, each with a step-by-step guide:

Roku players are rarely sold in Poland, so we do not recommend hunting for one. For the app itself, the IPTV Smarters Pro guide suits most beginners, and the full setup centre lists every device and app we support.

Is IPTV Legal in Poland?

IPTV as a technology is legal in Poland. TVP VOD, Player.pl and Polsat Box Go all deliver television over the internet. Whether a particular service is lawful depends on whether its provider holds the rights to what it streams. That is the question to ask of any provider, including us.

Polish copyright is governed by the Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych of 4 February 1994. EU case law applies on top of it. In the Filmspeler judgment (case C-527/15, 26 April 2017), the Court of Justice held that selling players pre-loaded with links to unlicensed streams is a communication to the public. It also said the temporary-copy exception does not protect someone streaming from a source they know is unlicensed.

Enforcement in Poland has mostly targeted sellers and resellers. Even so, viewers of obviously unlicensed streams are not in a legal safe zone. TiviBridge is not licensed by TVP, Polsat, TVN or Canal+, and we do not claim otherwise. Ask any provider who supplies the channels, whether a trial and refund exist, and whether payment runs through a traceable processor. Our article on IPTV legality in Europe explains the rules country by country. This is general information, not legal advice.

Catch-Up, Replay and Polish Films on Demand

Live channels are only half of what a Polish household watches. Catch-up lets you restart a programme you missed on channels that support it, usually for the last few days. The on-demand library adds Polish films and series you can start at any hour, without waiting for a broadcast slot.

Catch-up is most useful for the programmes Poland talks about the next morning. A late political debate on TVN24, a Saturday cabaret on Polsat or a serial on TVP2 can all be found in the programme guide and played from the beginning. Availability varies by channel, so look for the replay icon in your app during the trial.

The 120,000+-title library covers Polish cinema alongside international films with Polish subtitles or a lektor voice-over, the single-narrator style many Polish viewers grew up with. Search works best with the original Polish title. Where a film appears in several languages, the app lists each version separately.

  • Restart a show. Open the channel, go back in the guide and choose the programme.
  • Pause live TV. Some player apps allow short pauses; TiviMate and similar apps handle this best.
  • Record. Recording depends on the app and device, and our TiviMate setup guide explains the options.

If you are new to all this, our plain-language explainer on what IPTV is and how it works covers live, catch-up and on-demand in one place.

From Payment to First Channel

Getting started takes under 15 minutes for most people and needs no technician. You choose a plan, pay in euro, and receive your login details on WhatsApp. Then you enter them in an app on your television. Nothing renews by itself, so there is no contract to cancel later.

  1. Test first. Request the 24-hour free trial. No card is needed.
  2. Pick a plan. The pricing page lists one, two, three and five-screen options from one month to twelve.
  3. Pay in euro. A Polish card works fine; your bank converts from złoty at its own rate.
  4. Receive your login. Support answers 24/7 on WhatsApp at +212 772 096 856. It is an international number, not a Polish one.
  5. Install and watch. Follow the guide for your device and open TVP1 as your first check.

If the service does not suit you within 7 days, the money-back guarantee applies under our refund policy.

When a Polish IPTV Line Is Not the Right Fit

An IPTV subscription is not the answer for every Polish household. If you only watch TVP and the main free channels, the DVB-T2 multiplexes and the broadcasters' own apps may already cover you at no extra cost. If you need a supplier that holds official Polish rights for every match, an operator package is the safer route.

TiviBridge makes most sense for three groups. First, households that pay mainly for sport and want one cheaper login. Second, mixed households that also watch German, Dutch or Belgian channels. Third, anyone who wants Polish television on several screens without a long contract.

If you share a home with German speakers, the German IPTV page shows what that pack adds. The European IPTV overview explains how all five home markets sit on one login. If you are comparing providers more broadly, read our guide to choosing an IPTV provider in Europe before you pay anyone.

IPTV Poland: Questions Polish Viewers Ask

Is IPTV legal in Poland?

IPTV technology is legal in Poland, and public broadcasters use it every day. Legality depends on whether the provider holds rights to the channels it streams. Polish copyright law and the EU Filmspeler ruling mean viewers of clearly unlicensed streams are not automatically safe. Ask any provider about its sources, trial and refunds. This is general information, not legal advice.

How much does IPTV cost in Poland?

TiviBridge costs €12 for one month on one screen, €39 for six months and €59 for twelve months, which works out at about €4.92 a month. Plans for two, three and five screens are available too. Prices are in euro, there is no contract, and nothing renews automatically.

Can I watch TVP, Polsat and TVN with IPTV?

The Polish pack on TiviBridge is built around channels of the kind TVP, Polsat and TVN broadcast, including their news and sport channels. Line-ups can change, so the free trial is the place to confirm that the channels you watch most are there and play smoothly. The channel list shows the current Polish pack.

Does IPTV replace the abonament RTV in Poland?

No. The abonament RTV is a separate licence fee tied to the receivers a household registers, and it is collected by Poczta Polska. An IPTV subscription does not replace it, pay towards it or exempt you from it. Whether you owe the fee depends on the rules that apply to your household.

What internet speed do I need for IPTV in Poland?

Plan on about 10 Mbps per screen for HD, 15 to 20 Mbps for Full HD and at least 25 Mbps for 4K. Fibre and cable from Orange, Play, Plus or T-Mobile handle this easily. A wired connection to the television gives steadier evenings than Wi-Fi.

Can I watch Ekstraklasa on IPTV?

Ekstraklasa is usually shown on premium sport channels such as Canal+ Sport, with some games on TVP Sport. TiviBridge carries channels of that kind in its Polish sport pack, but rights change and we never promise a specific match. Test a live fixture during the 24-hour trial before choosing a plan.

Can I use IPTV on a Polsat Box or Canal+ decoder?

No. Operator decoders from Polsat Box and Canal+ are locked to their own software and cannot install third-party IPTV apps. Use a smart TV app, an Android TV set, a Fire TV Stick or a MAG box on another HDMI input. The decoder can stay connected for its own service.
