Who is responsible for your data
TiviBridge is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about any privacy matter on WhatsApp +212 772 096 856 or through the contact page.
This policy is written with the EU General Data Protection Regulation in mind, known as the DSGVO in Germany and Austria, RODO in Poland, and the AVG in the Netherlands and Flemish Belgium. The full text of the regulation is on EUR-Lex.
What we collect
Trial requests: your email address, chosen device, country and, if you provide it, your WhatsApp number.
Orders: your email address, first name, country, WhatsApp number, the plan you chose and the order amount.
Contact form and WhatsApp: your name, the message you send, and your WhatsApp profile name and number when you write to us there.
Technical data: your IP address and basic request data, used to block spam and abuse and to keep the site secure.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
To set up, deliver and support your trial or subscription. The lawful basis is the performance of a contract, or steps you asked us to take before one (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To protect the site and the service from spam, fraud and misuse. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure service (Article 6(1)(f)).
To keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. The lawful basis is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
To send you a reminder before a plan ends. We rely on legitimate interest and you can ask us to stop at any time. Where we ask for consent, such as for optional cookies, the basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw.
Who receives your data
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run TiviBridge, such as our website host, payment providers and email delivery services, and only as far as each needs it.
Messages sent on WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms. Payment providers process payment data under their own terms. We never receive your full card number.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers, and some of our support staff, may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data leaves the EEA, we rely on safeguards the GDPR allows, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
How long we keep it
Trial and contact form records are deleted after 90 days if no order follows. Account records are kept while your plan is active and for 12 months afterwards, so that you can renew with the same login. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies that are needed for it to work, for example to protect forms. If we use analytics, we choose privacy-friendly tools and do not set advertising cookies. Where the law requires consent for a cookie, we ask first. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it erased. You can also ask us to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To use any of these rights, contact us on WhatsApp +212 772 096 856 or through the contact page. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply within one month, as the GDPR requires.
Your right to complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the EU country where you live, work or where an issue arose. Examples are the Federal and state data protection authorities in Germany, the Datenschutzbehörde in Austria, UODO in Poland, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands, and the Data Protection Authority (GBA / APD) in Belgium. The European Data Protection Board lists every national authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
Security and children
The site uses HTTPS, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it for support. Login details are sent to you by WhatsApp or email; please keep them private.
TiviBridge is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will also be mentioned to active customers.
